We will discuss if your garden is flat and level and the surface to install onto. The climbing frame will be delivered to you first by a courier, and the installation team will arrive another day. Installation is weather depending. The installers will discuss the space and layout if you haven't already done it with us. They will put the climbing frame together and concrete it into the ground as per the instructions. The concrete is included. 

When finished, they will inspect the play equipment with you and ask you to sign a satisfaction form.

The installers are insured, and use their own tools. Power might be needed for charging batteries.

Payment should be made on installation date, by cash or bank transfer. A receipt will be provided by the installer.
